Service Fees;

 

The fee for a Mystery Dining visit is only £100, which includes a full refund for the cost of the meal.

 

During their visit, Mystery Diners will enjoy a two-course meal with soft drinks to ensure they have sufficient time to assess your establishment. Please note that the meal does not include steak or seafood dishes, nor alcoholic beverages, unless specifically requested by the client for assessing staff knowledge of cocktails or wine.
